These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of gomvp.net and the related client, vendor, team, and career portals (the “Services”) operated by GO MVP INC (“GOMVP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2Our Services and professional engagements
The content on our website is for general information only and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Any professional services we provide to you are governed by a separate written engagement letter or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
3Portal accounts
Our portals are provided through Zoho Corporation’s platforms, including Zoho Books, Zoho One, and Zoho Recruit. Your use of those platforms is also subject to Zoho’s terms of service.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Making sure the information you submit is accurate and complete.
- Telling us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Team Members System Login is only for authorized GOMVP personnel. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Access or try to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to use.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security.
- Copy, scrape, or collect data from the Services by automated means without our written permission.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
5SMS messaging program terms
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We send marketing text messages only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. in your local time zone.
- You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up that number, please notify us or reply STOP.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6Intellectual property
The Services, including text, logos, graphics, and design, are owned by GOMVP or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print content for your personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7Information you submit
You keep ownership of the documents and information you submit. You give us permission to use that information to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to share it with us.
8Third-party services and links
The Services rely on and may link to third-party websites and platforms, such as Zoho. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
9Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GOMVP and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability under a separate engagement agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
11Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GOMVP and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any engagement agreement, are the entire agreement between you and GOMVP about the Services.
